    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using NativeFlow ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. NativeFlow is a visual development studio that enables users to build mobile applications using React Native and Expo without writing code.

    2. Account Responsibilities

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

    3. Platform Usage

    NativeFlow provides a visual app builder for creating React Native/Expo mobile applications. You may use the Platform to design, configure, preview, and export mobile applications for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.

    4. Intellectual Property

    Your Content: You retain full ownership of the applications, designs, and code you create using NativeFlow. The exported projects are yours to use, modify, and distribute as you see fit.

    Our Platform: NativeFlow, including its interface, features, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform itself.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use the Platform to:

    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    • Create applications that contain malware, spyware, or other harmful code
    • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its infrastructure
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's performance or security
    • Use the Platform to build applications that promote illegal activities, hate speech, or harassment

    6. Third-Party Services

    The Platform may integrate with third-party services such as Firebase, Expo, Google Cloud, and others. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies. NativeFlow is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. If you sign in using Google, your use of Google Sign-In is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, NativeFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

    8. Disclaimers

    The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee that applications generated through the Platform will be free of bugs or suitable for any particular purpose.

    9. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may export your projects before termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and disclaimers) shall survive.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NativeFlow operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

    11. Changes to These Terms

    We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
