Privacy Policy

    Last updated: April 1, 2026

    1. Introduction

NativeFlow ("we," "our," or "us") is a visual development platform that helps developers build mobile applications using React Native and Expo. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at getnativeflow.com and any related services.

    2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account via Google Sign-In, we receive your Google Account email address, name, and profile picture. NativeFlow requests only the minimum OAuth scopes necessary for authentication: email, profile, and openid.

Usage & Analytics Data: We collect anonymized data about how you use the platform — including which features you interact with, components you use most frequently, and general app-building patterns. This information is used solely for internal product improvement and is never sold to third parties.

Project Data: We store the projects you create, including component trees, theme configurations, API connections, and exported code, to provide and improve our services.

Technical Data: We automatically collect device type, browser type, IP address, operating system, and referring URLs when you access our platform.

    3. How We Use Your Information

    • To provide, maintain, and improve the NativeFlow platform
    • To understand how developers build apps so we can optimize the builder experience
    • To identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and usability problems
    • To communicate with you about updates, features, and support
    • To ensure the security and integrity of our platform
    • To comply with legal obligations

    4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data only with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform (e.g., hosting, analytics), and only to the extent necessary. All such providers are bound by confidentiality agreements. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

    5. Google API Services User Data Policy

NativeFlow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

    • We only use Google user data to authenticate you and display your profile information within the Platform
    • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide and improve the service, or as required by law
    • We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements or for advertising purposes
    • A human only reads Google user data with your prior affirmative consent, for security investigation purposes, to comply with applicable law, or when the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations

    6. Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and gather anonymized usage statistics. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling cookies may affect your experience on the platform.

    7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Project data is retained until you delete it or close your account. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for product analytics. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

    8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption at rest and in transit, secure authentication via OAuth, and encrypted storage for sensitive data such as API keys and environment variables. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict processing; request data portability; and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@getnativeflow.com.

    10. Children's Privacy

NativeFlow is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.

    11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
